TruKore™ is a product that aligns, strengthens, and balances your overall body which can help reduce pain in the back, legs, and hips. Founder and inventor, Kimberly Wagner, is a fitness expert specializing in body balance and symmetry, while helping so many in the area of physical therapy and massage.
Kimberly has worked closely with the GRAND DEL MAR'S, Director of Golf, Shawn Cox, were she teaches golf fitness. Kimberly has a passion for helping golfers, both young and old. She recently co-sponsored a golf tournament at the Rancho Santa Fe Country Club raising money for the Chuck Courtney Honorary Scholarship Fund.
Kimberly also works currently at FIT ATHLETIC CLUB, where she teaches Pilates, body alignment, and balance. Along with special techniques that she has developed herself, Kimberly has maintained a large following of people who have benefited from her product and techniques while finding relief from pain as well as strengthening their *true core which improves your golf game as well as personal health.
One of the keys to experiencing a healty body is by maintaining a true core. Over the years our bodies can get out of alignment which can cause joint and nerve pain as well as weak muscles and unstable balance.
